Fuel Pump Disassembly

1. Remove the oil delivery pipe and oil return pipe from the fuel manifold and fuel pump. The oil delivery pipe and oil return pipe of some diesel engines are installed at the front end, so their installation positions should be noted during disassembly.
2. If a spin-on filter is installed on the fuel pump, it should be removed.
3. Remove the fuel pump from the accessory drive housing or air compressor, and take out the buffer block or spline coupling. During operation, handle with care to prevent damage to the components.
