Oil Filter Disassembly
- Remove and discard the oil filter.
- Remove the oil filter cover. It should be noted that the oil filter cover of early engines has four mounting screws hidden inside the cover. During disassembly, careful searching is required to avoid omission.
Disassembly of Vacuum Controller (if installed)
Disconnect the air and fuel pipelines, and remove the vacuum controller and the mounting bracket as a whole. During operation, attention should be paid to protecting the pipeline interface to prevent damage to the threads.
Disassembly of Oil Dipstick and Its Bracket
Remove the oil dipstick tube and its mounting bracket. When removing the oil dipstick tube from the bracket, the bracket can also remain on the oil pan connecting plate, and a suitable disassembly method can be selected according to the actual maintenance needs.
Disassembly of External Fuel Filter
- Remove and discard the filter element.
- Remove the connecting hose between the filter and the fuel pump.
- Remove the filter cover and mounting bracket. During disassembly, avoid fuel leakage to pollute the environment or cause safety accidents.
